​The WPWVC-ACRL Program Committee is excited to invite proposals for our Annual Spring Conference to be held in-person and online on Friday, June 13, 2025 at West Virginia University’s Evansdale Campus in Morgantown, WV.

All conference presentation proposals will be considered, but for those searching for inspiration, we encourage participants to consider tying topics to our conference theme of "Back to Basics and Dealing with Change."

We encourage proposals from both long-standing library professionals as well as those who may be new to the region and/or the field of academic libraries. Chapter membership is not a requirement for consideration.

 The Committee invites proposals for:

• 30-minute presentations (20-25 minute presentation with 5-10 minutes for questions) - Online or In-Person
• 5-minute lightning talks - Online or In-Person
•  Poster presentations - In-Person
• Other (Please share your idea/time requirements when selecting this option) - Online or In-Person

The Western Pennsylvania/West Virginia Chapter of ACRL is in need of enthusiastic members willing to run for the following offices:

• Vice President/President Elect (PA): This is a two-year appointment (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027), with an additional year as Past President. Candidates must be from Pennsylvania. This position alternates between West Virginia and Pennsylvania members.
• Treasurer: This is a two-year appointment (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027) and is open to West Virginia and Pennsylvania members.
• Member at Large : This is a two-year appointment (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027) and is open to West Virginia and Pennsylvania members.
